Hey guys - I'm in KY right now headed west. I'll try and post tonight on Into the Wild and why some people get regional stories so very very very wrong (while others, bless them, are so right). I'm also reading Ned Vizzini's It's Kind of a Funny Story and love it. (How did I miss this?)
Two more long days left and I'm home....here we go........
We didn't plan to stay there! We spent the night in Paducah because every hotel north of Nashville was booked solid (at least every hotel that would even think about letting us take out dog in...) It was combination of the Miss Teen USA pageant and rotations in and out of Ft Campbell for Iraq.
If I'd known I was going to do anything other than drive through a little corner of your state I would have been totally all over a visit!!
